Greek giants Olympiacos have confirmed the January transfer of Vasilis Torosidis to Zdenek Zeman’s Roma.
The 27-year-old was on his way to Fulham until the Giallorossi hijacked the deal for the international full-back.
Torosidis, who has cost the club a nominal fee of €0.4m as he only had six months left on his contract, underwent his medical in the Italian capital on Tuesday.
He has now signed a contract until June 2015 with an option for a further year.
