Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic believes his side need to become more clinical in front of goal if they are to qualify for the Champions League.
The Giallorossi currently sit in seventh position in Serie A, with the third worst defensive record in the League.
But the Bosnian playmaker has claimed that they need to be better in the final third if they are to fulfil their potential.
“We have certainly improved over the last few weeks,” he told reporters. “We are conceding fewer goal, but we need to be better up the other end.
“We have to believe in ourselves. The team is playing well, but we are in trouble because we cannot score.
“We must not give up though – there is still a long way to go in the season.
“We definitely have the potential to finish in the top three, we just have to work hard and believe we can do it.”
