Juventus have confirmed that Claudio Marchisio could be sidelined for as long as 10 days with an injury.
The Italian international picked up a left hip problem in training on Wednesday after only just returning to first-team action following another fitness issue.
Marchisio had an MRI scan on Thursday which revealed a strain.
The club added that he is set to be unavailable for seven to 10 days. He’ll thus miss the game at Chievo Verona on Sunday and is a doubt for the home encounter against Fiorentina.
