Paris Saint-Germain made an offer to Manchester City for Mario Balotelli during Euro 2012, it has been revealed.
Speaking after Balotelli joined Milan this week, agent Mino Raiola noted that the French club tabled a bid before they signed his former Inter teammate Zlatan Ibrahimovic from the Diavolo.
“During the European Championship, Manchester City rejected an approach from PSG,” Raiola commented.
“Can Balotelli and Ibra play together again? I’m lucky to represent two strong players like them,” the agent continued.
“I hope that they can be part of the same club again at some stage in the future. I love them both and I’d like to see them play together.
“One day maybe…”
