Italy national team boss Cesare Prandelli has praised Mario Balotelli and Stephan El Shaarawy ahead of the Azzurri's match against Netherlands.
The Milan pairing will to start together up front [12]against the Oranje on Wednesday evening, and the 55-year-old Coach has insisted that it is a very modern partnership.
“I do not remember seeing a second striker like El Shaarawy,” he told a Press conference. “Someone who contributes so much to the team defensively.
“Balotelli meanwhile must become our central focus.
“He is not a striker in the old-fashioned sense – but a modern forward who can, and must continue, to score every time he gets a chance.”
