Inter midfielder Walter Gargano has already welcomed Hugo Campagnaro and Mauro Icardi to the club.
Campagnaro is expected to arrive in the summer on a free transfer from Napoli, while Sampdoria striker Icardi is a top target for the Beneamata.
“Campagnaro is a really important player in a squad,” he said of his former Azzurri teammate in an interview with Mediaset.
“He’s a calm and reserved guy, but he transforms when he gets on to the pitch. Everyone knows what he can do and he’ll help us a lot.”
Asked about 19-year-old Icardi, Gargano noted: “Everyone has seen what he is capable of, he’s a boy of great quality.
“If he comes here then he’ll give us the helping hand that we need.”
Icardi has eight goals in 18 League games this season.
