The Gazzetta dello Sport is suggesting that Manchester City are ready to make a summer move for Roma’s Erik Lamela.
City boss Roberto Mancini watched the Giallorossi in action at Sampdoria on Sunday afternoon.
The Gazzetta claims that amongst the players being monitored was the young Argentine international forward.
Although the 20-year-old has been a revelation this season with 11 goals in 19 games, Roma are apparently ready to listen to offers.
It is being suggested that the Stadio Olimpico outfit may be tempted to sell should a bid of at least €20m be made.
