Pescara have given up on their appeal to sign Pajtim Kasami from Fulham, as he has officially joined Swiss side Luzern.
The Swiss Under-21 international had a deal all signed and sealed with Pescara on transfer deadline day, but the paperwork did not go through because the internet and fax machines in the Ata Hotel broke down. [12]
