Stephan El Shaarawy’s new contract at Milan will see him net an initial €2m a season, reports the Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 20-year-old has committed his future to the Rossoneri until June 2018 after a goal-packed campaign at San Siro.
Although the likes of Mario Balotelli, Philippe Mexes and Robinho are all on at least €4m a season, El Shaarawy’s deal is constructed so that he will eventually reach that figure.
The Italian international will gradually earn more and more each campaign until he nets the €4m which his wage will be capped at.
