Sampdoria goalkeeper Sergio Romero could be the subject of a bid from Milan this summer, according to reports.
Tuttosport believe that the Rossoneri are currently tracking the progress of the Argentine shot-stopper as a long-term replacement for Christian Abbiati.
The 35-year-old's current contract at San Siro is up at the end of the season, and it is as yet unclear whether the Diavolo will offer him an extension .
As such, the search looks on for his successor – and the Turin daily have claimed that the 26-year-old Bluerchiati man is top of their list, alongside Mattia Perin.
Romero could be available for around €5m.
