The future of Emanuele Giaccherini at Juventus is tied to that of boss Antonio Conte, his agent has underlined.
The midfielder is not assured of first team football, but he’s happy to continue being at the disposal of a Coach who appreciates him.
“He won’t leave Turin for as long as Conte is there,” agent Furio Valcareggi told calciomercato.it in an interview.
“He’s admired by the club and all of his teammates. You can see that by the celebrations after his goal yesterday.
“The estimation that Conte has in him is well known, as is that of Italy boss Cesare Prandelli. He’s a very versatile player, who can play in four different positions.
“Coaches fall in love with him.”
Giaccherini’s goal against Catania in the 1-0 win yesterday was just his second in 12 League appearances this season.
The 27-year-old has also been used in only three Champions League ties.
“It’s not easy to play at a club like Juventus, but he always finds some space and, like yesterday, can be decisive.
“His strike on Sunday is worth a slice of the Scudetto. Only Juventus can now lose the championship this season…”
