Ivan Pelizzoli has told Pescara that he will be happy to stay with the club even if they are relegated.
The seaside outfit are in the drop zone with 10 games left this season, but the 32-year-old has underlined his commitment to the club.
“I have a contract here until 2014 and I’d be happy to stay,” stated the shot-stopper. “I’m happy here, as are my family.
“The President and the sporting director will decide on my future, but, even if we are sent down to Serie B, I will be happy to marry the cause.”
Pelizzoli  has been promoted to first choice in recent weeks after spending most of the campaign as an understudy to youngster Mattia Perin.
