Chievo Verona’s Alberto Paloschi says he does seem to fit in with the type of player that Milan are now signing.
The 23-year-old is co-owned between both clubs and there is the possibility of a recall to San Siro at the end of the season.
“Milan are now focusing on youngsters,” the striker told Sky Sport Italia. “You saw that by the investment they made for Mario Balotelli in January.
“At the moment I have been given an opportunity here at Verona where I can grow, but you never know what will happen in football…”
The Under-21 international is a product of the Diavolo’s youth system who scored two goals in seven League appearances for the Rossoneri in 2007-08.
He’s since spent time at other clubs such as Parma and Genoa before his 2011 switch to the Stadio Bentegodi.
