Inter defender Yuto Nagatomo’s season has come to an end, while Walter Gargano is set for a spell on the sidelines as well.
Both players picked up problems in the 2-0 loss against Cagliari at Trieste.
The Japanese international has picked up a meniscus injury to his left knee, while the Uruguayan midfielder has suffered a left thigh strain.
Nagatomo, a second-half substitute, lasted just eight minutes on Sunday. Gargano was replaced early in the second period.
