Roma captain Francesco Totti exchanged gifts with the grand-daughter and great-grandson of all-time Serie A top scorer Silvio Piola today.
The Giallorossi are in Novara for a pre-match training camp ahead of the Coppa Italia semi-final against Inter on Wednesday evening.
According to reports, Totti met with Piola’s family today and exchanged gifts. He gave a signed Roma shirt to five-year-old Tommaso, while the boy’s mother handed over a book on the great striker’s exploits.
Totti is the second all-time top scorer in Serie A history with 226 goals, but is still far behind Piola’s record of 270.
