English sources suggest Southampton are lining up a double summer swoop for Cagliari talents Davide Astori and Radja Nainggolan.
This is not the first time the duo have been linked with the Saints, as last season and in January there were numerous stories of their interest.
According to the Daily Mail, Southampton and their Italian Chairman Nicola Cortese are planning a new proposal to bring in both defender Astori and midfielder Nainggolan.
They face competition from Manchester City, Juventus, Milan and Inter for the pair, who are hot property on the transfer market.
Meanwhile, the Corriere dello Sport claims there will be a shake-up in the Cagliari coaching staff next season.
The duo of Ivo Pulga and Diego Lopez worked well since taking over mid-season, but it’s believed for next year Lopez will take more of a commanding role and leave Pulga to cover man-management.
Lopez still does not have the right paperwork to be a Serie A Coach, so will need to go through an intensive course at the Coverciano training ground.
