Fredy Guarin has become the latest in a long line of casualties for Inter, after the Colombia international injured his calf this afternoon.
Inter have confirmed that the Nerazzurri midfielder suffered a first degree lesion to his right calf muscle, but it is as yet unclear how long the 26-year-old will be sidlined for.
Guarin joins the likes of Diego Milito, Rodrigo Palacio and Antonio Cassano on the San Siro side’s treatment table.
