Erik Lamela and his agent are set for contract talks with Roma over the next few days, according to reports.
Il Romanista have claimed that the Argentine forward and his representative will meet with sporting director Walter Sabatini either later on today or tomorrow to discuss a renewal.
The 21-year-old's current deal runs until 2016, but the Giallorossi are keen to tie him down for a further two seasons, with rumours circulating that the likes of Manchester United and Real Madrid are interested in the forward.
He is expected to be offered €3m per season, up from his current wage of €2,150,000 per year.
Lamela has been in fine form this term, scoring 14 goals in 27 League games.
