Roma will be without goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg for two weeks due to a thigh strain.
The shot-stopper pulled up during training last week and was forced to miss the 4-0 victory over Siena.
Tests have now shown a strain to the left thigh and doctors expect him to be out of action for around 15 days.
Coach Aurelio Andreazzoli chose Bogdan Lobont for the gloves in that game, leaving Zdenek Zeman’s favoured goalkeeper Mauro Goicoechea as third choice.
Daniele De Rossi limped off during the Siena match with an ankle problem and did not take part in today’s training session, as he underwent physiotherapy instead.
