Udinese will have to do without Andrea Lazzari for three weeks after he damaged knee ligaments.
The midfielder picked up an injury during Saturday’s 1-0 win over Cagliari and tests confirmed a sprained left knee with damage to the collateral medial ligament.
The official Udinese website suggested he will be out of action for 15-20 days.
The Friulani are on a run of four consecutive victories and back in the race for European qualification.
