Inter are looking at Barcelona youngster Martin Montoya as a replacement for Javier Zanetti, reports in the Spanish Press have suggested.
AS and Mundo Deportivo have claimed that the Nerazzurri will make a move for the Blaugrana youngster as a direct replacement for the injured veteran.
Zanetti is expected to be out for the next eight months after snapping his Achilles tendon last weekend.
And the hierarchy at the San Siro see Montoya as the ideal candidate to plug the gap left by the 39-year-old.
