The Chile international beat off competition from Paul Pogba, Mirko Vucinic, Claudio Marchisio and Andrea Pirlo to claim the award voted for by members of the club.
The 25-year-old has been instrumental in the Bianconeri's Scudetto-winning campaing, scoring 10 goals, including winners against Milan, Lazio and Palermo.
