Walter Mazzarri assures Napoli are fully focused on Villarreal and not Milan, but confessed he will rotate the squad for the Europa League.
“We know full well Villarreal's strength and realise they always give something more on home turf,” said the Coach after the first leg 0-0 draw in Naples.
“This team is organised and plays decent football, so it won't be easy to face them at the Madrigal. This has been something of a taboo for Italian clubs, but that doesn't matter, as I am more interested in the form of my players.
“I'll field those who can give me the most guarantees. We are forced to rotate the squad at this moment, because we are playing numerous games in a short period of time.”
Napoli travel to Spain for the Europa League on Thursday evening and have a Scudetto showdown with Milan on Monday night.
“We're focusing on Villarreal and going through to the next round first and only after that will think about Milan.
“We ended the Catania match absolutely squeezed dry and we've got Milan coming up, so I cannot lie those elements will enter into my decisions.”
