Inter are forced to reshuffle yet again for their difficult trip to Genoa, who need points to escape relegation.
It kicks off at Marassi at 11.30am UK time (10.30 GMT), click here for a match preview.
These sides both hoped for so much more this season, but Genoa are fighting against relegation and the Nerazzurri have been cut out of Europe for the first time in 14 years.
The injury crisis continues to take its toll on Andrea Stramaccioni’s men, who welcome back Antonio Cassano and Yuto Nagatomo, but miss the likes of Diego Milito, Javier Zanetti, Rodrigo Palacio, Walter Samuel, Cristian Chivu, Walter Gargano and Jonathan.
Alvaro Pereira and Juan Jesus also sit out bans for this trip, prompting a complete overhaul in defence with 19-year-old Simone Pasa making his full Serie A debut and Ezequiel Schelotto at right-back.
Cassano is only fit for the bench, while Mateo Kovacic and Andrea Ranocchia play through the pain.
Genoa had seemed done for at one stage, but have escaped the bottom three and are desperate for points to stay out of the drop zone.
They too have injury concerns, as Marco Rossi, Cristobal Jorquera, Cesare Bovo, Ruben Olivera and Damiano Ferronetti are all unavailable.
The Grifone are unbeaten in five and a win would mathematically ensure their Serie A status for another year.
