The agent of Manchester City defender Micah Richards has claimed that Inter and Napoli are interested in signing his client.
The England international has endured a torrid campaign this term, playing just six games through injury.
But his representative has insisted that Serie A teams are interested in the full-back's services, however, they will now assess their options following Roberto Mancini's sacking on Monday.
“Micah has had an unlucky season,” Dario Canovi told reporters. “He played very little under Mancini, and never really got his full confidence.
“Now we'll have to await the change of Coach in order to make our assessments.
“Of course, Micah has many options, especially abroad.
“I'm in charge of negotiations related to Italy, so I can confirm that Inter and Napoli are interested.
“There has yet to be any real contact though.”
