The Corriere dello Sport claims that Napoli have offered Gokhan Inler to Inter in exchange for Fredy Guarin.
Azzurri chief Aurelio De Laurentiis has apparently already tabled the bid to San Siro supremo Massimo Moratti, but the latter has so far declined.
The Colombian international has been one of the few Nerazzurri players who have caught the eye during their problematic 2012-13 campaign.
The 26-year-old, signed from Porto in January 2012 for €13m, has scored 10 goals in 46 matches for the Beneamata this term.
Inler, meanwhile, is a 28-year-old midfielder who has also been paired with a possible move to Milan at the end of the season.
The Swiss international has scored six goals in 31 League games this term.
