Leonardo Bonucci says that none of the Juventus squad were concerned that boss Antonio Conte could leave the club.
Conte had refused to commit himself to the outfit until he held talks about the vision for the future. That meeting took place last night which satisfied the tactician.
“There was never a whiff that the marriage born two years ago between Juventus and Conte could end,” the defender noted.
“That was confirmed by the events of yesterday.
“It is only normal that discussions take place in certain situations, but they are more than welcome if they are constructive.
“Like in all big families, you argue, you discuss, you come to an agreement and marriages continue,” Bonucci added.
“We are ambitious, we want to keep winning and I think the decision made by the club and the Coach is the one that suits everyone.
“We want to keep building something important and we want to keep dreaming.”
