Stephan El Shaarawy and Andrea Barzagli have shaken off their injuries and could start against the Czech Republic on Friday.
Both players have been struggling with fitness problems that put their place in the Confederations Cup squad at risk.
However, today both took part in a full training session at Coverciano and seem ready to start in Prague.
Milan forward El Shaarawy had a sprained ankle, while Juventus defender Barzagli had an Achilles tendon problem.
There are concerns over whether the World Cup qualifier can go ahead, as large areas of Prague were flooded.
