Lazio target Lucas Biglia has confirmed that Anderlecht are in negotiations with an Italian club over his transfer.
Reports this morning suggested that the capital outfit were closing in on the midfielder and the 27-year-old has fuelled suggestions of a switch.
“The Belgian championship is not as bad as people make out,” the Anderlecht star told Ole. “It is competitive and there are six or seven sides of a good level.
“Although it is not a top, top League, I have learned a lot there,” added the Argentina international.
“However, I have spoken with the club and told them that I want to move on to a bigger side. At this moment they are in talks with an Italian side.”
