Torino are in talks with Genoa about signing Cesare Bovo, the centre-back’s representative has confirmed.
“There is interest from Torino,” Franco Zavaglia told Pianeta Genoa 1893. “The two clubs are in discussions about it.
“I, though, still haven’t been contacted by the Granata, but they are a club who the player would happily accept.
“It will be difficult for Bovo to remain at Genoa.”
The 30-year-old, a former Italian Under-21 international, re-joined the Grifoni two years ago from Palermo. However, he’s only appeared in 21 League games since.
Bovo has played for Torino in the past after joining them on loan for the first six months of 2007.
