Sampdoria have underlined that they will not listen to any summer offers for young midfielder Pedro Obiang.
“He is not available on the transfer market,” Doria director Carlo Osti commented. “He will stay with us and there is no chance that situation will change.”
The 21-year-old scored one goal in 34 League appearances for the Stadio Luigi Ferraris outfit in 2012-13.
The Spaniard signed a new contract at Marassi last season which saw him commit his future until June 2017.
Obiang, linked with the likes of Juventus and Manchester City, joined Sampdoria from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2010.
