Former Udinese, Lecce and Siena Coach Serse Cosmi has sensationally been linked with the job at Brazilian giants Santos.
The fiery tactician, famous for his collection of baseball hats and aggressive manner on the touchline, is currently out of work.
He started the season at Siena, but was sacked due to poor results on December 16 2012.
According to Brazilian media, sources close to Santos Vice-President Odilio Rodrigues claim Cosmi has caught the eye thanks to his ‘warrior’ reputation.
Cosmi became an option after talks with Marcelo Bielsa reportedly broke down over the length of the contract.
