Brescia President Gino Corioni believes the decision to disallow his side a goal that would have been the winner against Lecce on Sunday could cost the club €40m.
Andrea Caracciolo thought he had got all three points for Brescia with a goal in injury time, but it was chalked off for a non-existent offside.
"If you look at the facts it seems as though they want us in Serie B," Corioni sighed.
"There is a mistake and a mistake. The one Morganti committed could cost me €40m. Anyway, it's very bad.
"Errors of this nature can get you relegated. I am disappointed. I can't keep quiet any longer."
Brescia currently lie 19th in Serie A, five points adrift of safety.
