Felipe Anderson will complete a transfer from Santos to Lazio after an agreement was finally reached.
The capital club have been after the Brazilian since January, but finding a compromise with his third-party owners had proved problematic.
However, according to Sky Sport Italia, fees have now been agreed between all parties for the 20-year-old.
It is being claimed that Santos will net €4m from his sale and 25 per cent of any future transfer fee for the midfielder.
Doyen Sports, the company who have an interest in the South American, will be handed €3.8m for their share.
Anderson, born in April 1993, has appeared in over 100 games for Santos – the club who signed him in 2007.
The player, a Brazilian Under-20 international, will sign a five-year deal in Rome worth €800,000 a campaign.
