Robinho could soon complete a move from Milan to Santos, as the Brazilians' board reportedly meet to formalise an offer.
The 29-year-old has been the subject of speculation and talks this summer over a second return to the Sao Paulo outfit.
Reports in Brazil overnight indicate, though, that the saga could be coming to an end, with Globoesporte running the line that a €6m offer in the form of a single cash payment this transfer window will be accepted by the Rossoneri.
Sky Sport Italia, who understand that this figure could be as low as and initial €5.5m plus add-ons, say that Adriano Galliani is now just awaiting an official OK from Milan to then fly out to Brazil to formalise terms.
The final obstacle in negotiations is then seen as Robinho’s wage determination.
