Francesco Guidolin is delighted to have put pen to paper on a new deal with Udinese. “I can’t see myself with another Italian club.”
The 57-year-old is now contracted to the Stadio Friuli outfit until June 2017 and he’s delighted to have remained.
“I have to thank this club,” the tactician, who arrived from Parma in 2010, commented on Thursday. “We were talking about the renewal a few months ago.
“I am proud to continue being the Coach of this squad and the renewal is the completion of last year's incredible season.
“It is the fulfilment of my wishes.
“Here there are ideas and projects, and I can also function differently from many of my colleagues thanks to my staff.
“I can't see myself sitting on any other bench in Italy.”
