Marquinhos has admitted that he left Roma to join Paris Saint-Germain because of their number of Brazilian players.
The young centre-back left the Giallorossi earlier this month for the French capital, and has conceded his decision was in part down to the number of compatriots at the club.
“There are some great players at PSG,” he told L'Equipe. “Before coming here I made a decision with my family.
“PSG also have something like a small Brazilian national team.
“There are many Brazilian players here, and hopefully they can help me adapt.”
