Parma have officially signed Gianni Munari from Sampdoria and Afriyie Acquah from Hoffenheim.
The Ducali announced the news this evening with official statements on their club website.
Midfielder Munari has been sold by Sampdoria for an undisclosed fee and put pen to paper on a five-year contract.
As for Acquah, he returns to the Stadio Tardini on loan from Hoffenheim with an option to buy at the end of the season.
It is a surprise move, as Parma only sold the 21-year-old Ghana international to Hoffenheim a year ago for €2.5m.
