Rolando’s move to Inter has been delayed by red tape, but Wallace is due to arrive from Chelsea next week.
The Nerazzurri remain active on the transfer market as pre-season preparations continue in America.
Rolando is expected to join on loan from Porto and he was in Milan on Friday for dinner with Inter directors.
However, the Portuguese defender has flown back home today, according to Sky Sport Italia.
It is reported the trip is to sort out the final red tape issues in Portugal, then he can put pen to paper on the Inter contract.
Sky Sport Italia also note that Wallace should arrive next week to undergo a medical and complete his loan switch from Chelsea.
The 19-year-old Brazilian wing-back spent last year at Fluminense.
