Inter midfielder Fredy Guarin has applauded club officials for signing his former Porto colleague Rolando.
The latter has joined the Nerazzurri on loan for the 2013-14 campaign from the Portuguese side, after a six-month spell at Napoli.
“As well as being a good friend of mine, he is also a great player,” the Colombian told A Bola when asked about the transfer.
“He will be a big help to Inter because our team certainly needs a player with his ability. He will be well received in Milan.”
