It is now official – Saphir Taider will play for Inter in 2013-14 after he completed his move from Bologna.
The Algerian international has switched to the San Siro in a co-ownership deal that should see Diego Laxalt head in the other direction.
Taider, a 21-year-old midfielder, told the Inter website: “Inter are a great team that has won everything. I’m happy.”
Born in France, Taider has also played for Grenoble in Ligue 1. He was once part-owned by Juventus, before Bologna bought him outright again.
