Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf claims his teammates drew some much-needed morale from last night's 3-1 victory over Palermo at San Siro.
The Rossoneri are now alone at the top of Serie A for the first time since 2008 going into this weekend's Derby della Madonnina against Inter.
"We played with continuity. We were concentrated and aggressive and even at 1-1 we managed to keep calm," Seedorf explained.
"It's a result that gives us morale above all just a few days from the derby," he concluded.
Milan look as though they will have a selection headache at the weekend as both Pippo Inzaghi and Alexandre Pato picked up injuries.
