Lorenzo Insigne has signed a new improved contract at Napoli, President Aurelio De Laurentiis has announced.
The Italian international put pen to paper on a fresh agreement yesterday as the Azzurri tightened their grip on the forward.
The Neapolitan, whose previous deal was set to expire in 2017, is now tied to the outfit for a further season. De Laurentiis has noted that the player will net €700,000 per campaign, plus bonuses.
“I wish Lorenzinho a great career with Napoli,” ADL tweeted.
The 22-year-old grabbed five goals in 37 League games last term after his return from loan spells at Foggia and Pescara.
