Catania boss Rolando Maran wants “revenge” for last season’s defeat to Inter. “We still have that bitter taste in our mouths.”

“We want revenge for last season, as we still have that bitter taste in our mouths,” declared Maran.
“We need to play the way we always have done, but trying to improve on our mistakes. I liked the way we approached the game against Fiorentina, even if we still have to improve a great deal.”
Sergio Almiron is back in the squad after an injury, while Gonzalo Bergessio is also available after hurting his shoulder.
“I have a large squad that allows me to change system during the game and find different options. Almiron is a very important player for us and Bergessio is also ready. Tiberio Guarente is a good buy who can cover any midfield role.
“Inter will come here to play their game, so it won’t be easy to get the better of them. Our key weapons could be spreading them out over the pitch.”
