Sassuolo will today confirm the signing of Luca Marrone from Juventus on a co-ownership agreement.
The midfielder, who was used as a defender last term by Antonio Conte in Turin, put pen to paper on a contract last night.
It is understood that the 23-year-old, one goal in 15 Serie A games for the Bianconeri, has cost the newly promoted outfit a fee in the region of €3.5m.
Juventus and Sassuolo are also still in transfer discussions regarding Domenico Berardi.
The Turin giants could sign a 50 per cent share in the 19-year-old attacker, but allow him to remain with the Neroverdi for this term.
