Ibraimi is a 25-year-old Macedonia international left-winger who completed his transfer from NK Maribor to Cagliari today.
“As of now I am officially a Cagliari Calcio player! I am happy!” he wrote on Twitter.
Sassuolo took goalkeeper Pegolo from Serie B side Siena, while Torino signed former Sampdoria and Lazio shot-stopper Berni as a free agent.
Siena sent midfielder Mattia Rubin to Hellas Verona.
In the final minutes of the transfer session, Genoa are in advanced talks with Lazio for goalkeeper Albano Bizzarri.
