Former Atalanta midfielder Fabio Gallo believes that La Dea have what it takes to beat Napoli at the weekend.
The Bergamo club travel to Naples on Saturday to face Rafael Benitez’s men, but the 41-year-old has insisted the his old side have the quality to upset the Partenopei.
“Atalanta are a good side who have maintained their framework for three years now,” he told Radio Crc.
“It’s going to be a tough game at the San Paolo. Napoli have surprised me with the quality of their play so far.
“Atalanta don’t have the quality that the hosts have, but it will not be easy for the Neapolitans.
“Livaja has a lot of talent and is learning how to sacrifice himself for the team. Whilst Denis is a great leader for the team.”
