Gianluigi Buffon and Alessandro Del Piero are on the verge of signing contract extensions at Juventus.
According to Friday's edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Turin giants are keen to keep hold of both players.
While Del Piero has been in negotiations with the Old Lady for months given that his present deal expires in the summer, Buffon's contract wasn't thought to be top priority.
Buffon is tied to the Turin giants until June 2013, but it is being suggested that he will soon commit to the cause for a further three years.
Buffon's agent Silvano Martina was present at Vinovo on Thursday where it is believed preliminary talks took place.
The Italian international goalkeeper publicly committed his future to Juve recently after he was linked with a move to Roma.
Meanwhile, it is being claimed that Del Piero will finally put pen to paper on a new one-year contract at Juventus at some stage in April.
Buffon, 33, joined Juventus in 2001 for a massive £32m from Parma. Del Piero, 36, has been with the club since 1993.
