The draw for the Champions League quarter-final has pitted Inter against Bundesliga side Schalke.
Leonardo's side did a remarkable job to get to this stage, overturning a 1-0 defeat suffered at home to Bayern Munich with a thrilling late 3-2 win at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday.
Earlier today, Inter President Massimo Moratti said he would like to avoid Real Madrid and by the same token a rematch with former boss Jose Mourinho.
Meanwhile the Inter players expressed a desire to draw another German side, this time Schalke.
Well, they got their wish and perhaps the easiest draw of the round too.
Schalke sacked their manager Felix Magath this week after an indifferent season.
Ralf Rangnick has since taken over but Inter remain the favourites to reach the last four.
Elsewhere in the draw, Tottenham have to go to Real Madrid, Chelsea host Manchester United and Barcelona play Shakhtar.
The first legs of the quarter-finals will be played on 5 and 6 April, with the second legs set for 12 and 13 April.
If Inter knock out Schalke they will face Chelsea or Manchester United in the semi-final. Likewise the winner of Real Madrid's tie with Tottenham will meet either Barcelona or Shakhtar.
