Mirko Vucinic and Carlos Tevez are set to be named in the Juventus starting XI against Galatasaray on Wednesday.
The Montenegro international has been struggling with fitness in recent weeks, while Tevez sustained an ankle injury in the 1-0 win over Torino on Sunday.
The duo, though, are tipped to spearhead the attack at the Juventus Stadium as the Italian champions look for their first Champions League win of the season.
Playmaker Andrea Pirlo will return to the side after he was rested at the weekend, while Paul Pogba is set to be selected over Claudio Marchisio.
New Galatasaray boss Roberto Mancini is expected to field a 4-2-3-1 system on his debut.
Juventus: Buffon; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah; Vucinic, Tevez.
Galatasaray: Muslera; Riera, Chedjou, Semih Kaya, Eboue; Felipe Melo, Selcuk Inan; Bruma, Sneijder, Aydin Yilmaz; Drogba.
